PayPal USD (PYUSD), issued for PayPal by Paxos Trust Company under the supervision of the New York State Department of Financial Services, became available on Arbitrum on 31 July 2025, its first layer 2. Its issuance on Ethereum mainnet, from August 2023, is its own row.
