Robinhood Chain is a layer 2 built by Robinhood Markets on the Arbitrum platform, settling to Ethereum and using ETH for fees. Its public mainnet opened on 1 July 2026, and Robinhood's new Stock Tokens, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and offered outside the US, have traded on it since launch.
