Proxy voting and investor communications for holders of tokenized US securities (ProxyVote)

On 2 July 2026 Ondo Finance began issuing tokens for US investors that stand for shares of BlackRock's iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) and of Micron, minted on Ethereum by Oasis Pro TA, an SEC-registered transfer agent owned by Ondo, with the underlying shares held by regulated custodians. Broadridge's release of the same day says it will let holders of the tokens vote by proxy and receive issuer communications and regulatory disclosures through its ProxyVote platform, which since April 2026 lets investors sign in with their wallets. Ondo, the issuer, is held out of the record as a crypto-native firm, so this row records Broadridge's servicing of the tokens. No vote by token holders through ProxyVote had been reported by 7 October 2026. Also: Ondo Finance and Broadridge, release of 28 April 2026.
