Digital green bond

Société Générale issued this three-year senior preferred green bond on 30 November 2023 as security tokens on public Ethereum, registered by its subsidiary SG-FORGE. AXA Investment Managers and Generali Investments took the whole issue by private placement, with the option to settle onchain in SG-FORGE's euro stablecoin, EUR CoinVertible. Its three-year term ends in late November 2026.
