USD CoinVertible is a dollar stablecoin issued by Société Générale-FORGE, the Société Générale Group's regulated crypto-asset subsidiary, and compliant with the EU's MiCA rules since its launch on 25 June 2025. It runs on Ethereum and Solana, and its cash reserve is held mostly at BNY as custodian.
