Tokenized money market fund, private placement

My OnChain Net Yield Fund (MONY) is J.P. Morgan Asset Management's first tokenized money market fund, a private placement on Ethereum launched in December 2025 that holds US Treasuries and repurchase agreements backed by them. It is tokenized with Kinexys Digital Assets and offered to qualified investors through Morgan Money, where they subscribe and redeem in cash or stablecoins.
