Entitlement token for shares of the ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX)

The ARK Venture Fund, a closed-end interval fund holding private and public technology companies, can be bought on Ethereum through Securitize with USDC from a $500 minimum. The token is a convertible entitlement issued by Securitize Markets, LLC, standing for Class D shares of the fund that Securitize Markets holds for the investor, and it moves only between investors Securitize has verified. The first tokens were minted on 18 September 2026 and ARK announced the launch on 24 September.
