Fund tokenization and servicing platform (DAMA 2) on a private ZKsync chain run by Memento Blockchain

DAMA 2 is a platform led by Deutsche Bank for issuing, distributing and servicing tokenized funds, built with Memento Blockchain and Interop Labs, the developer of Axelar, on Memento ZK Chain, a private, permissioned chain on ZKsync's ZK Stack and Prividium that keeps its transaction data off chain and posts validity proofs to Ethereum. Deutsche Bank's own release of 18 June 2025 says only that 'the DAMA 2 MVP mainnet launch is targeted for the second half of 2025', and the bank has said nothing about it since, so its being live rests on its vendors and the press, not on Deutsche Bank. A report commissioned by Matter Labs, which builds ZKsync, says DAMA 2 was 'scheduled to go into production at the Singapore Fintech Festival in 2025', held 12 to 14 November 2025, the month given here; Memento's own site, read on 7 October 2026, describes the project only up to its litepaper, and in June 2026 KuCoin reported Matter Labs' site still calling its work with Deutsche Bank a pilot. Memento said on 13 January 2026 that its chain carried three tokenized real-world asset funds and $112 million, without naming them. No DAMA 2 fund, client, amount or transaction has been named, and the chain is not listed on L2BEAT, so none of it can be checked on Ethereum. Also: Reflexivity Research for Matter Labs, 2025.
